Q: What is your policy on returns?

A: We will make every effort to correct any issues with any of the products that we sell. Please contact us immediately to let us know of any issues when they are discovered. Products can be returned to us, unopened or altered, for exchange only within a 14 day period from the date of shipment. We will credit the cost of shipping and handling for the return off of your next purchase of $25.00 or more. One Life Memories reserves the right to replace your product with a similar item if the replacement is out of stock. We will issue store credit for any billing issues that cannot be corrected through PayPal.
